Replacement & Exchange Policy

At Noiramour, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty products. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we do not accept general returns. However, we gladly offer replacements or exchanges in the event of damaged or defective items.



Damaged or Defective Products



If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


To process a replacement request, please email us with:


  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product
  • A photo of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue



Once approved, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost.



Exchanges



We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If your item qualifies, we will send a replacement for the same product originally purchased.


Non-Eligible Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or replacements for:


  • Used products
  • Opened products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items reported outside the 48-hour window


Lost or Stolen Packages


Noiramour is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping provider directly.
